It is imperative to highlight that "Toner Support Ltd." does not redeems of compatible toner cartridges.

4. What is the procedure if toner cartridges are damaged during transportation?

In the event that damage occurs due to improper transportation by the courier company, the responsibility for the incurred damage should be covered by the insurance of the shipment, provided such insurance was claimed during the dispatch. In cases where damage results from inadequate packaging, "Toner Support Ltd." retains the right to decline payment for the affected toner cartridge.

5. My cartridges are currently located at the depot of "Toner Support Ltd." . What are the subsequent steps?

Upon their arrival at our depot, empty toner cartridges undergo a prompt suitability inspection. Should everything meet the required criteria, the corresponding value is promptly disbursed. It is essential to note that for larger quantities (exceeding 50 units), the inspection process may necessitate additional time.

6. What distinguishes "virgin" from "non-virgin" toner cartridges?

"Virgin" denotes empty toner cartridges sourced directly from the manufacturer of your printer or MFP after their initial use. These cartridges have not undergone any form of manipulation or refilling.

"Non-virgin" pertains to empty toner cartridges that have been utilized multiple times, encompassing refilling, restoration or remanufacturing.

7. How and when will payment be made?

The remuneration for the submitted empty toner cartridges is processed promptly upon the completion of the inspection and subsequent approval. Individuals are eligible to receive the specified amount in cash, with payment exclusively facilitated at the office of "Toner Support Ltd.", situated at the same address as our depot. For legal entities, payment can also be executed through a bank transfer.

8. Does the quantity of toner cartridges influence the pricing structure? What if the quantity is 1 or 2, 43, or 105?

The displayed individual prices on our website pertain to quantities of up to 10 units. For larger quantities and less common models, the pricing structure is open to negotiation.
