Mon - Fri Toner Support Ltd. collects cartridges with proven origin (OEM cartridges*) — original cartridges from all well-known printer, copier, and MFP** brands on the Bulgarian market: Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Hewlett Packard (HP), Lexmark, Ricoh, Samsung, Xerox, Pantum, Okidata, Panasonic, Sharp.
We only collect "virgin" cartridges — those which were used only once, without being refilled or manipulated.
It is essential to note that Toner Support Ltd. reserves the right to assess the necessity of collecting the offered empty toner cartridges.
*OEM – "Original Equipment Manufacturer" – a term from the industry's professional language, signifying "a product with proven brand origin that is not counterfeit."
** MFP - Multifunctional Device.
We do not collect the following types of toner cartridges:
Compatible Toner Cartridges ("clones"): These are low-quality single-use products that may seem attractive due to their low prices but violate patents and pose a threat to the environment due to the substantial amount of industrial waste they generate.
"Starter Toner Cartridge": This refers to the cartridge with which the manufacturer equipped your brand-new printer or MFP. Starter cartridges differ from standard ones and usually have a lower capacity for fewer copies, often varying in construction.
Collection Prices:
Prices for collection on the website apply to quantities ranging from 1 to 20 units. For larger quantities and rarer models, prices are subject to negotiation. Prices exclude VAT, transportation, and other expenses.
Payment Method:
If you are an individual, you can receive the value of your collected toner cartridges either in person at our office or through a bank transfer. For legal entities, in addition to the methods mentioned above, payment can be made via a bank transfer.
Expert Handling:
Toner Support Ltd. boasts specialists responsible for the collection of empty toner cartridges. Their role is to inspect each incoming cartridge, ensure its "virgin" status, and assess its suitability. For larger quantities, more time may be required, so contacting us in advance can minimize waiting time.
Depot Collection in Sofia:
Empty toner cartridges are collected at the Toner Support Ltd. depot in Sofia. Delivery to us can be arranged in various ways, depending on the quantity and location of your cartridges.
If you have one or several empty toner cartridges, you can visit us every working day at the address: Prof. Ivan Georgov Str. No. 14A from 09:00 to 18:00.
Transport Options in Sofia:
For larger quantities, we can assist and provide our transport for collection. Our representative will conduct an initial inspection of the toner cartridges on-site, providing preliminary information regarding their suitability. Upon arrival at our depot, a collection specialist performs a secondary, detailed inspection, issues a receiving protocol, and provides it to you as confirmation of the collection. If the eligible cartridges are in smaller quantities, a transportation fee of 5 BGN will be deducted from the value that should be paid to you.
Transport Outside Sofia via Econt:
It is recommended to send your empty toner cartridges to the Econt courier company office "Sofia Voenna Rampa," explicitly stating "with the right of inspection upon delivery" (inquire with the courier company about this service). Note that shipments will be accepted after prior arrangement with our representative, who will be expecting your parcel.
Once we receive the cartridges, our collection specialist examines them, determines which cartridges meet the requirements, and if their total value exceeds 200 BGN without VAT, we will cover the transportation costs to our depot. However, if the value of the empty toner cartridges is less than 200 BGN without VAT, the transportation costs remain at your expense.
